When Will My Order Be Delivered?
How Can I Pay For My Order?
Choose to either pay with credit or debit card or with a bank transfer through Stripe. You also have the option to spread the cost with an Anvil leasing plan. Our partners in offering leasing have been providing finance for fitness projects since 1996.
How Do I Return or Exchange an Item?
Anvil Strength and Conditioning product range is made to order. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately and your project manager will be able to assist you. We want to assure you that every piece of gym equipment goes through a vigorous quality control but things can happen through transportation which are out of our control. It’s important that you inspect your order upon delivery.
How Do I Check My Order Status / Tracking Information?
You can simply track your order here. If you are unable to find the information you’re seeking, please contact us as soon as possible. Occasionally, orders might be delayed due to supply chain complications but you will be informed via email.
